There is a catastrophic shortage of fuel in the occupied Crimea

The occupiers complain that there are only 10 days of gasoline left on the occupied peninsula, and 5 days of diesel fuel. This was stated by the head of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people, Refat Chubarov.

Although the previously destroyed span of the Crimean bridge has already been restored, the traffic is still restricted. And complicated logistics do not allow fuel to be supplied to the peninsula in sufficient quantity. The fact that the Russians are focused on supplying fuel to the war zone also contributes to the shortage for the civilian population.
