British insurers with MotorEasy have identified the car models with the most complaints. Car owners complained mainly about electronic components and infotainment systems.
Both gasoline and diesel models of Skoda Karoq turned out to be unreliable. The family crossover has malfunctioning electrical and mechanical components. But when it comes to Ford Kuga, the gasoline version is better than the diesel one. Most of the complaints were about electricity and the battery. The engine and suspension are the main “diseases” of Citroen C3 Aircross. Every third owner complained about the crossover. Audi A1 Sportback disappointed every fourth. Its weaknesses were information and entertainment systems as-well as satellite navigation.
Audi A6 sedan, Mercedes-Benz GLE, Seat Tarraco left 44% of respondents underwhelmed. They complained about the navigation, air conditioning, interior trim, body, exhaust and electrical system. Porsche Taycan electric car is known not only for its speed, but also for its unreliability. 46% of British owners had problems with its air conditioning and infotainment system. The worst car is Audi A3 Sportback. Every second person had to deal with breakdowns in two years of ownership.
