The criteria for choosing a service station have also changed: “trust” overrides “price” now. Such data is presented by the Autolist company based on the results of a study for the first nine months of 2023.
Last year, price was the leading criterion amongst vehicle owners. Now it remains important for 38% of the respondents, and occupies the third place in the rating.
In the second place is “good reviews and image”. The reputation of the service station is important for 39% of the respondents. Interestingly, in 2016, this criterion was only in fourth place.
And “trust in quality” became the leader. 46% of the respondents are guided by it when choosing a service station.
Now drivers are less worried about price fluctuations, and the quality of services a has come to the forefront. The number of drivers who don`t look at the prices before visiting a service station increased from 34% to 40%.
